Phil DiNapoli's family roots run deep in Northern California. Over 60 years ago, Phil's father co-founded Sun Garden Packing Company and Mayfair Packing Company, consequently building up land-holdings throughout California. Sun Garden was one of the largest tomato packers in California while Mayfair specialized in fruit packing.
Since the early 1970s, Phil DiNapoli has managed and successfully expanded the real estate portfolio.
Phil and his family have a long standing heritage of civic involvement in the City of San Jose, the County of Santa Clara, and the greater area now known as "Silicon Valley."
