The DiNapoli family has been prominent in agricultural and food processing in Santa Clara County, California for three generations. Over 60 years ago, Frank DiNapoli, Phil DiNapoli’s father, co-founded Sun Garden Packing Company and Mayfair Packing Company and consequently built up land-holdings throughout California. Sun Garden was one of the largest tomato packers in California while Mayfair specialized in fruit packing. Since the early 1970’s Phil DiNapoli has managed and successfully expanded the family’s real estate portfolio, owned by Frank DiNapoli’s heirs; Richard DiNapoli, Shirlee DiNapoli Schiro and Phil DiNapoli.

The DiNapoli family has a long standing heritage of civic involvement in the City of San Jose, the County of Santa Clara and the greater area now known as “Silicon Valley”.
