JP DiNapoli Companies Inc. is a real estate investment, development and property management organization based in San Jose, California. The company manages approximately 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial property owned primarily by partnerships affiliated with the DiNapoli family. This real estate portfolio has grown steadily since the 1970’s; primarily by way of build-to-suit developments for large industrial or office users, and successful joint venture investments. Tenants have included IBM, General Electric, the County of Santa Clara, the Veterans’ Administration and more recently, Cisco Systems and AT&T Broadband.
